Originally from New Mexico, Shelby moved to Colorado in 2014 and is working towards her Bachelor’s in both Social Work and Criminal Justice and Criminology. She is the current Coordinator of Student Well-Being at TSC and a volunteer victim advocate for Advocates Against Domestic Assault. Shelby has dedicated her career to advocacy and social work, as well as coordinated responses to the overall well-being of others. She also sits on the board of directors for the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the executive board for the Trinidad Coalition for the Unhoused and is highly active in her community. In her spare time, Shelby can be found spending time with her family, reading, or playing basketball or volleyball.
